Enrollment in Ottumwa HSAP

Enrolling your homeschool student(s) is as simple as one, two, three!

You will need to fill out a Form A for each of your homeschooling students. You can get a Form A from our office, the Ottumwa district office, or by following this link.

02.

Bring or send your form to our office at 325 E. Main St. Your form(s) will then be processed* and your student(s) will be added to our roster and assigned a supervising teacher.

03.

Your supervising teacher will reach out to you to arrange your next steps. Welcome to OHSAP!

*It typically takes 3-5 business days for a Form A to be processed by the district.
